Pads or adult diapers after c section

So I’m on my 3rd c section I’ll be doing it on the 23rd of February if I don’t go into labor early. How many of you have brought your own supply of pads and or adult diapers to the hospital to help with the bleeding. I am a very heavy bleeder. I opted for pads the first two times and was changing them every hour still with leaking. (The overnight kind) Would it be better just to get adult diapers as I’m assuming they would hold better and are bigger or will they be uncomfortable and unsanitary against my stitches?
