So suposidly im 4weeks but when i do the math in my head i remember being sick and nauseous over 4 wks ago so is it possible to be more than that? I dont feel nauseous or sick. Any advise?

My nausea didn't start till 6 weeks.

Usually it would go by the first day of your lmp. Sometimes bleeding in early pregnancy can be mistaken for a period so it is possible that you did have a "period" and we're actually pregnant before that which would make you farther along. An early ultrasound will tell you.
