For women that has had hair extensions?

I've been wanting hair extensions for awhile now but sure if I should get then. I want long hair but my hair is already thick I do get it thinned though. I'm worried about getting to hot. Did you like hair extensions? Is it worth it if your hair grows fast? this is me now

Get clip ins. So much easier and cheaper. Real extension for that length and thickness is going to be very expensive! Like 1000+ with labor

It all depends on who you go to for you extensions.. and there’s all different kinds of way to add them in your hair (clip ins or sew in) if you do get a sew in (look up on YouTube) make sure you can tolerate your hair being braided and get assistance on what kind of hair would blend in with your hair and the kind of hair you would want (body wave, straight, loose waves or even tight curls) always get human hair extensions you can wash, curl and dye as if it’s your hair (also look up on YouTube how to maintain) I wear hair extensions but as a sew in and with proper care will last me up to 2 months and it does help my hair grow and doesn’t cause damage when taken care of.
