I have this shooting pain that goes from the bottom of my back down my leg and around to the front of my vagina area and I'm having period like cramps. I have tried taking a warm and cold shower, laying down on both side, walking, putting a hot wash cloth ,and stretch and I can't think of anything else to do to get rid of the pain. I called my doctor and the midwife told me it was normal. It hurts so bad I don't even want to move. Does anyone know of anything else I can try. I'm 31 weeks and 4 days, I can't take Tylenol I'm allergic to it :-/ sorry it's so long.
