Gussets?

I’m brand new to this so bear with me, i plan to use pocket diapers, are the inserts with gussets necessary/better?

Necessary? No. Better? Idk, but none of my inserts have gussets. I have no issues with them and they’re cheaper.

We have gussets on our pocket’s inserts that are charcoal bamboo. We use them at night and I don’t know if I would say they do better...we are just starting this journey, but I think the gussets make it easier to stuff them lol
