Hello ladies. I’m wondering have any of you had a miscarriage without any signs or symptoms? Like no spotting or bleeding? You think you’re still pregnant and then find out at an appt that you’re not? Asking because I had a chemical last month. I’m 4w1d this month and I was spotting tan/brown mucus for 2 days but it has stopped the last 2 days. Of course I am relieved every time I wipe and see nothing. But does that even mean anything? I’m happy I’m still pregnant but what if I still miscarry later? I’m so worried omg!
