Worried

Okay mommas, I think I’m around 5 weeks and some odd days pregnant. On my right side around my belly button my stomach seems to be kind of tender. When I sit a certain way I also feel a weird kind of achy feeling in my lower abdomen. I’m a big ol worry wart! Is this normal for early pregnancy? Am I worried for nothing? I go the 25th for my first Drs appointment and a ultrasound. Should I be worried with the tenderness and aches? And opinion is appreciated and please don’t be afraid to be honest.
