Butterflies

Weird I know but best way to explain it.... does anyone have or has had a butterfly feeling in the pit of your stomach right before you’ve given birth??? Like a symptom maybe. I had the worst night sleep last night with nightmares that all rolled one after the other and we’re somehow linked. Woke up today overdue with no cramping but I’m getting that pinching feeling at the top of my pubic bone from Bub I’ve had for two days but also a butterfly feeling in my lower stomach, like nerves but nothing to be nervous over?? Does that make sense to anyone?
