I have a high libido but I'm always dry??! why? I don't take any medication or BC so what's the issue akskfnglfls
edit: yes I drink like 10 glasses of water a day and I care about nutrition and I lift weights :/

Vitamin E is what you need.
Drink Aloe Juice
Take a supplement of Vitamin E - Evening Primrose Oil
Use Coconut oil as a lubricant it’s high on the Vit E list
Dried Apricots will also be good for you
Cook with olive oil
Eat a lot of olives
Google a few other Vitamin E rich foods
Your estrogen balance is off hence the dryness.
Try the above and you’ll see change within a week or two.
