TTC baby#2

I gave birth to my first baby November 2016. I started taking cerelle pill December 2016 and didn’t have periods on it at all. I stopped taking it end of October 2017 and still not had any period what so ever. I’m still breastfeeding my first and 1-2 times a day (14 months old) I took a test a few days ago (first response at about 8pm) and there was the faintest line, it was barely there but both me and my partner could see it! I waited a few days and tested again (first morning urine) and it was negative😔 all my cramps and pelvic pain has stopped now aswell so I don’t know what to think
