Excersize during pregnancy???
I have a membership to a yoga studio that also has some other types of classes like TRX, barre etc. For future reference, how much excersize is too much? What's safe? What's not? What too avoid?? From early pregnancy to the end?? My goal is to eat clean and stay fit and have a healthy pregnancy. Of course I'll falter at times but overall I hope to do those things..
