Tuna during pregnancy?

I have been craving a tuna sub from subway lately and I'm not sure if it's okay. I know it has mercury in it and too much is not safe. I'm going to ask my doctor about it when I go in a few weeks but I wanted your guys opinion on it. Is it safe to eat?

I eat tuna fish sandwiches! I limit myself to 1-2 a week so I don’t consume too much and my doctor is okay with it

Tuna is good for you during pregnancy as long as you only have a couple servings a week. My doctor actually recommended I switch to eating tuna sandwiches for lunch a couple times a week because it's so healthy.

Used to work for subway. Packaged dehydrated tuna that they mix with a whole huge like 3lb bag of mayo it was gross to prepare let alone think of eating!

I've read that you can eat light tuna but not albacore. There is also a safe catch brand you can buy that is supposed to be the safest for pregnant women.
