Any Ultrasound Techs On Here!?

I got an ultrasound done today at a non for profit place (they aren't allowed to do any diagnostics). Anyway I was looking at the few print outs they gave me and I was wondering if it was just me or is there more than one baby I am possibly seeing. I am 5 weeks 2 days and I have a tilted uterus so it's hard to tell but I just want to see if anyone else thinks the same thing? She did mention that she was seeing two possible spots but that she couldn't tell currently.

Ok update: pic with the circles... I know they kind of look like little bubbles with dark around them when they start forming and that's what I thought maybe I was seeing.

What you circled is definitely outside of your uterus. That being said 5 weeks is to early to see anything just yet.

Go get another one in a couple of weeks and ask for an internal so they can see more - was this an internal? 
8 weeks is the usual time

I'm a tech and there's nothing in your uterus that is visible, yet at least. And your uterus is retroverted which means it lays with a back bend instead of a forward bend which makes it even harder to see a very tiny very early pregnancy.
