Smoothies
Early in my pregnancy I had a hard time keeping down solid food so I made fruit/veggie smoothies. I’d like to start doing them again now because I’m nursing and I’m finding myself gravitating toward foods that I should maybe cut back on. I typically would do some kind of fruit, kale, and Greek yogurt. This time I think I want to incorporate flax seeds and oatmeal (to make it more filling). I was just wondering what everyone else puts in theirs so that I don’t have to drink the same smoothie every day.
