Gas pain or contractions ?

Since yesterday I’ve been getting sharp pain on the top of my stomach and it’s super hard .. it stopped last night but now I’m getting it again. It almost feels like gas pains but it’s on and off.. I have no idea what a contraction feels like considering This is my first time  .. I’m 32 weeks ..

rub your stomach when the pain occurs it will help you let out the gas ,also try drinking a sprite that could help you burp. it works for me each time.

but if I were you I would pay attention to the sharp pains if they come back to back like if it's 5 or to 10 minutes apart.

A contraction will be lower back, and sometimes move to the front, honestly I just knew when it happened. I had never experience that type of pain... and it kept occurring every couple mins... and got closer and closer
