She gets what I eat but we don’t add salt or sugar to it

Yes-ish. She is BLW so she gets table food— nothing puréed.
Occasionally she gets something with sugar or salt, but not often. I try keeping her diet as much fresh fruits and veggies as possible. Whatever bit of cooked food she gets, I season normally minus the salt and sugar. So basically the only time she gets those is when she gets a bite off of my plate or I decide to give her a treat.

My babies all ate whatever we ate. So if we had sausages and vegetables and mash for example... id puree all the vegetables and a bit of mash and feed baby that lol
