37 weeks

any ways to help labor start? been having contractions since i was 28 weeks. im now 37. i have so much pressure down there it hurts to move sometimes. lost some of my plug but my ob said im thin and barely dilating.😬 Babys movements have been decreasing because of no room left they said. its uncomfortable anymore. 😕 any ideas on to help progress labor ??
