HELP BUMPS AROUND MY BABYS NECK

Hi everyone my LO is 7 weeks old and he has had these bumps on his neck for about 4 days now. I started using coconut oil and it has gotten a little better. But just recently they started to look red again in this pic. Is this normal for babies? Should I continue to use coconut oil or What can I do to help these bumps go away or Should I contact his pediatrician??? Please help me first time mom here😓
