Tips?

I'm 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant but im finding it really hard to sleep with slight cramps in my sides and with feeling sick a lot. Has anyone got any advice?  Thanks in advance! x

Sounds like morning sickness and baby growing. Try seabands to help with the nausea- worked for me and good luck

the pain is probably ligament pain.. I am 36 weeks and it helps me to sleep on my side (they say left side is the best) but I will switch sides, and put a big pillow between my knees and I always feel sick in bed because I get hot and nauseous it helps alot to put a fan on myself! hope u feel better soon

13 weeks today and here's my input: Not sure if it makes a difference, but when it comes to aches/pains/cramps/etc., I find it MUCH easier to sleep on my right side. But, that may be due to whatever side the baby is more dominant on. For some reason, I have always been VERY in-tune with my body, and the farther along I get, the more I feel like the baby is more dominant on my left side. Now as far as heartburn/acid reflux, I can only sleep on my left side if I'm having a flare-up, and I've always been that way. I suggest just trying different positions.. and I also say that I find it much easier for me to get comfortable when I don't "try" as hard to do so- if you know what I mean.
