K so how do people not lose weight when they want to? Like sooo many people struggle with this and it confuses me so much. Is it like a mental thing like people are addicted to bad food so they can’t help them selves and eat or it like maybe my metabolism is quicker than all the rest of you or something because losing weight at least for me is so easy I often go too far.
