would you go to the hospital?

So I've been up since 5:40am on the dot and have yet to feel my baby move. I've been up every 2 hours to go #2 and of course pee (tmi but im pretty sure I have diarrhea). My head hurts and my throat is starting to hurt as well. Im pretty sure I just caught a nasty bug but im freaking out about not feeling baby move. Im currently 39weeks & 1day pregnant. I have been getting cramps all night but they aren't consistent. and my lower back is starting to have a dull pain to it that I feel slowly increasing. So I just felt baby move 3 different times literally the second after I posted this and just got another cramp.
