Do you feel different when you get pregnant?

I know there are symptoms and such, but before you actually take a test or get morning sickness or miss a period, can you feel different and not know you're pregnant?

Someone women don't. If your like me, and already have the bladder of an 80 year old woman. Then a positive test can come as a shock lol. I actually didn't feel pregnant not look pregnant till I felt my daughter move when I was pregnant. Everyone is different.

I've had 2 MC, but I've noticed the first symptom was my nails. They are normally thin and short but before my period is due they grow like weeds and very strong!

First baby I peed every 30 sec, but felt no diff besides that. 2nd baby my blood sugars were all over the place but felt no difference. With my 2nd baby I didn't have morning sickness or any cravings. I had gestational diabeties. If my stomach didn't get bigger or if I wasn't  diligent on keeping track of my periods, I would have never known I was pregnant.
