Successful first cycle
Hi everyone,
I am new, and this is my first month of ttc.
I was just wondering from all your success stories, who got pregnant first cycle they ever tried to conceive.
how likely is it to happen!? I haven't been on the pill for about a year now, and am so excited to start! Don't want to get my hopes up of conceiving first time though!!
