I don't know what to think.. 😔

I'm "5 weeks" but I went to the er yesterday cause I had pink spotting (around 2 pm). I went so I knew nothing was wrong. I was literally there for 4 hours before they actually ran tests and an ultrasound (around 6). They ended up telling me that my hormone levels were really low (40) and that I can have a miscarriage. And they said that I could also be really early cause they didn't see anything in the ultrasound. They did say tho that my urine test came back positive for being pregnant. We ended up getting discharged (around 8 pm). We go see my Dr on Monday morning to take my hcg levels again. Well.. this morning I went to use the bathroom and when I wiped there was blood and clots. I'm just really scared that I had a miscarriage already. I'm so upset. I was so excited. Now I don't know what to do or think. 😔😢
