I need help with a situation??

I had sex two weeks ago exactly, the condom broke and there was sperm in there, I took the plan b pill 3 days later, I live in a small town an money is tight. I also found out I was ovulating when the condom broke. I have one week till my next period, but what's the possibility that I could be pregnant? I'm only 17 and I've been freaking out, I heard plan b works to stop ovulation it has me terrified please help!!😢
