What is the one thing you don't want to hear when having a miscarriage after trying for so long?

The worst thing that I heard when I had my miscarriage was when I had my 6 week ultrasound and the lady doing the ultrasound told me that she could not see the baby but the she went on saying well don't worry you will get pregnant again sometime.

I had a miscarriage in 2012 we were not ttc but we're very happy and I had someone tell me...  Well y'all weren't ready for a child yet anyways right.  I broke down.

I miscarried two weeks ago. We had been trying for a year and we were so excited but that excitement didnt last long. We lost the baby at 6 weeks. We are both devasted. None of our family knew or knows we were pregnant and none of our friends new either (mostly for this exact reason). I have always said it must not have been a health baby/ pregnancy or god has a plan to people who have miscarried. Now that i have gone through it i realize that there really isnt anything that one person can say to make you feel better. Even my doctor (whom i love and trust) said at least we know now that you can get pregnant on our own and it doesnt take away the feeling of loss. The only thing that has been a comfort to my husband and myself is eachother. No words can take away the sadness and disappointment someone feels. I now understand that completely.

I found out I had an ectopic pregnancy when I was about 6 to 7 weeks along (according to my LMP) after going to the ER because I was bleeding. I hadn't seen my OBGYN yet because she wouldn't see me until I was further along and at my last follow up visit my MD laughed and made a snorting sound at me and said "You actually thought you were 7 weeks along!" I was so shocked that she was embarrassing me like that and making me feel like an idiot. I could barely hold my tears back until I got to my car. I would much rather hear the above choices by well meaning family and friends than be laughed at by my doctor any day.

I just had a miscarriage on February 16th I was 13 weeks and 6 days, I still have not had af but still keep checking cm and it's hopefully my fw on the 24th

I know what the feeling is I had one on March 25th and just had another week and that's all that they can say to me then three things and does not help it makes it worse
