Anyone else have cystic acne once starting IVF?

I started having terrible cystic acne when I started IUI and tried that 3 months in a row with no success. Ended up with scars. I have started Lupron for an IVF procedure and instantly have started up again. Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with this? I am quite embarassed at work. I was concerned about using peels and/or proactive - could it be harmful? What have you used? Thanks guys!
