I'm nauseas all day everyday my husband works and I have a almost two year old son home with me while my other two are at school I have never been this sick in any of my pregnancys this is my third I go to throw up and all I do is dry heave and I drink all day and eat so idk why nothing comes up but I get absolutely no relief and barley sleep is this normal or do I have some kind of blockage where nothing is coming up
