fasting (IF) okay?
I'm currently fasting 16 hours eat for 8,I have looked into this a lot and have mixed feelings! had anyone got pregnant whilst fasting.?i have been doing this for 2 weeks. Iv also been TTC 3 years now but no luck , I'm 35 and hubby is 29...(low sperm) motility! so I'm. all over the place in trying what I can. any advice please. Bex 😊
