Miscarriage or implantation ???

Question

So I am 4 weeks 5 days pregnant (supposedly). Today there is pink color in my cm. I am not cramping and did have this same thing with my 5 year old but not my first son. I am wondering if it is a miscarriage when will the other symptoms start ? Did any of you have implantation spotting at this stage ? My last period was December 20th.

I had  this at 4 weeks 3 days....turns out after ultra sound it was 3 weeks 3 days and implantation. I was a.week later ovulating

I had some brown/ pink spotting at 6 weeks 2 days went for an ultrasound and everything looked awesome was just old blood they said . 16 carrying a healthy baby almost 17:) spotting does happen! If ur to worried go get checked thou. I did because it is my first pregnancy and I didn’t know

can't be implantation bleeding cause Implantation has to occure first for you to get a BFP keep an eye on it SPOTTING can be normal or not. good luck
