I'm getting a trigger shot with clomid what should I expect?  What exactly is it?

My trigger shot (Ovidrel) is subcutaneous so I give it to myself in the stomach. The shot itself was easy, but I felt like a crazy person for a few days, which I think was probably a side effect of the hcg!

Its an hcg trigger shot. It helps ur overies release the egg. Hurts some when they give it since it goes into a large muscle.  My dr office gives it there. I experienced some mind side affects but those go away. Just be sure to not take a hpt till after a 2ww cuz u could get a false positive due to the hcg in the shot

I did my trigger shot last monday (today is 8 days since) and all I can say is, BLOATED. My pants won’t zip 😂
