earring stuck on my 2 year old

my two year old's earing is stuck. The diamond that sticks out usually is backed in her ear and I am trying to refrain from having to go to the doctor . I noticed it today just by looking she was being her normal self it was when I touched the bottom part if her ear trying to get the ring out is when she would cry a little. Any advice or experiences would be much appreciated. I feel awful and don't her in any pain. Thx
