Letdown But Not pregnant or breastfeeding

okay so ladies for the last week or so I'd say I've been having the feeling that my breasts are letting down milk but I haven't been breastfeeding my daughter for years. Now she's almost 4 and I'm not pregnant because I tested and it was negative. Is this feeling pretty normal? and Af showed up even though it was late she still showed
