help please

So I received a faint positive a week ago but it was a squinter so could have been an evap or something. Well my dr started me on macrobid for uti. I missed my period and took a test and that line was still there and a little bit noticeable. one thing I notice about macrobid is that it makes your urine like a florescent yellow. So 2 days later took a test and the positive line is darker. faint but pink and there. does macrobid antibiotics affect pregnancy test? we've been trying so this will be amazing. I'll definitely ask my ob for a blood test today. just wanted some input. also can't find anything online that it does
