You should keep your supplements to a minimum because there's only so much your body can metabolise at once from pills and overloading won't do any good. It's better to work on your diet to get as much as possible from the real source because your body can metabolise it far more efficiently then take supplements for the one or two things you might need extra help with.

There's no need to take individual vitamin supplements unless you've been diagnosed with a vitamin deficiency. You can overdose on vitamins and get very sick. You're better off just taking a prenatal vitamin.
