Vigorous exercise while TTC?

Have been doing some research and finding no clear answers. Need your help!

I have been doing spin/indoor cycling classes about twice/three times a week for a good 4 months now. Before that I was a runner, but my knees started giving me some trouble so I looked for something new and found that I loved spinning.

My heart rate is typically 170-190 sustained during the 50 minute classes. Some articles I’ve read label that as “vigorous exercise” that should be avoided when TTC and during pregnancy, but others say it’s fine.

I don’t want anything to prevent me from conceiving, but I also don’t want to become unhealthy which could also prevent me from conceiving.

My question is, should I stop while I am TTC? And if/when I get pregnant, is it safe to do during early pregnancy?
