Update on dizzy spell
so called out of work today symptoms aren't as bad as yesterday ( which was dizziness, vomiting, and nausea) today just nausea and upset stomach with slight dizziness.
My fiancé is crossing his fingers in hopes that I'm pregnant, I would be excited. although took pregnancy test on Friday( negative). but it could be to say right. Anyway wait to see what wrong. will update later if I have the strength.
