Piercing Scar

I had s belly piercing but it rejected and I had to remove it. Since I’m a darker skin tone the scar is noticeable. Anyways to lighten it or make it disappear or something? Oh and if I wanted to get it re-pierced how can I stop it from migration and rejection?
