I'm 4dpo ive had mild cramping all day lower back pain and shortness of breathe just standing around.. I know it's early but I got a positive opk the 17th.. we BD everyday of my fertile window but one day and we had sex the night I got the positive opk and the following 2 days after😬 anyone else feeling this way and ended up getting a BFP?
