Unusual Cycle buddie! AF due on 6-5

I'm 28, after 7 years of failed fertility. I went in the IUD to put my body to sleep for a bit to give me a rest. 2.5 years later my husband and I have had a crazy last 2 months. We went from adopting in 2 years... to oh there embryo adoption? Ahhh then sister offers her eggs to us. Are you for real? So we are planning a IVF cycle in august with her eggs, but then it gets better..... . I took my IUD out 5-4 to prep for the IVF cycle coming up on. I started AF on 5-5. The odd thing is I never have regular body. I have PCOS. Any time I wanted a period I had to go on a lot of medication. So here we are 7 days until my assume AF on 6-5 and I'm spotting, my nipple are sensitive and have odd bumps ON the nipple I'm so moody. My husband's leg shaking made me freak out because of the sound. Lol. I have never been pregnant so that's why I'm sure it's just body be crazy beacuse It can't happen after all these years right, and after all we have planned? :)
