Unwanted loss
So the past 2 weeks I've lost about 10 Lbs! I changed my diet and exercise life for the better! But the downfall is I'm losing my chest.
I originally was a 38DD, but now my boobs look and feel a lot smaller! Is there any way to not lose weight in my chest but to lose weight in my problem area(stomach)? What would you guys recommend?
I really don't want to go any smaller in my chest size. I know it sounds bad but I love the size of them, and it's the only thing I actually like about my body. If I lose them I'll have nothing.
