7 months pregnant, super sore vagina bone??

I'm 29 weeks pregnant and omg does my vagina bone ache!!! it might not even be the actual bone but it's directly between my legs and just sooooo sore!! it's sore like I just spent the whole day doing squats with weights attached to my waist. is this normal???

This happened to me from 7 months pregnant all the way till delivery. It's the worst at night, just try to sleep with a pillow between your knees.

it's your pubic "bone", or more accurately pubic symphisis, the place where the two sides of your pelvis are connected by ligaments. pregnancy causes your ligaments to relax so you can give birth, and some women produce more than others. some ways to help are be sure you don't cross your legs or sit on one hip, try to keep your knees to get her when getting up or sitting down, turning to get out of bed, etc, basically about anything that will twist your pelvis.
