Confused

I finished my pill pack November 27th came on for a week then the whole month pill free then came on for a week 24th December and now this month we started trying to conceive I experienced a loss in the family with high stress this month but I’ve basically had spotting 3 days before my period the second day actual blood rich red color light flow and then back to light spotting the next day. I’m so confused I’ve taken 3 tests all negative. Please help this is frustrating what’s going on?
