Worried

I have been told I have a polyp on my cervix. I'm 17 weeks pregnant, and they said polyps are common in pregnancy. I may be over-reacting, but I'm concerned. Is it possible that I have cancer. My grandmother had cervical cancer twice. I am not sure how hers was found. I have never had an abnormal pap nor any stds. I did have the hpv vaccine when I was a teenager. I know I'm probably just freaking out, but still. Have any of you had a polyp and everything was fine?
