10 weeks. Spotting ONLY once EVERY morning.

Every morning for the last 6 days for some reason at 5am I wake up to pee and there is some red spotting...and by spotting I mean about 2-3 drops of blood when I wipe. Nothing else the rest of the day! I’m not having any cramps or pain...still having pregnancy symptoms. Anyone else have this issue? What were your outcomes? I have a dr appt next week that I can’t move up so wondering! 😓
