Ttc 6th month

We have been ttc baby number2 for 6 months. Last month I broke down and did an opk which verified I was ovulating.(thats a plus!because I was beginning to worry! ) we've just been doing the whole if it happens it happens (we do have sex every other day leading up to the big o. And the day of as well as a few days after) any of you ladies have any advise to help move this thing along? My fertile window starts in two days.
