Ovulating pains?

Okay. I haven’t had a positive opk yet. Just very faint lines. Today is CD21. I woke up (of course forgot to take temp) and am having really Love pelvic pains and cervix is tender. I drew blood yesterday for progesterone and HCG. Progesterone was just over the ovulation level and negative HCG. but both were a day early. So that’s why I’m wondering if I could be ovulating? I’m on Femara 7.5mg. Could I be ovulating still? Even without a positive opk?

I was wondering the same thing. I am on letrozole. I had ewcm and pain on CD 10 and then pain on CD 11 but not a positive opk. It was getting a little darker CD 12 and 13 but now it’s getting lighter again CD 15. I am going to keep testing because I heard letrozole can cause ovulation to come earlier or later than normal. So confused .. body felt like it was ovulating but no positive opk.

I just took my first round of Clomid. I had tons of pains and didn’t get my positive OPK until CD28
