First IUI tomorrow

Hi ladies after 3 failed rounds of clomid & femara each we have moved on to a mixed cycle with femara and menopur and are set to do our first IUI tomorrow. There’s nothing wrong with my hubby but I possibly have poly cystic like ovaries and a titled uterus. Other than that we sadly have been given the diagnosis of unexplained infertility. Looking for anyone who has had any similar experiences or any luck with IUI after failed attempts with just meds and timed intercourse. Thanks for reading!
