cop tazed black kid at my school over a fight!

I only mentioned race bc he was the ONLY kid that got tazed out of everyone fighting, the rest were white. So there was big fight the other at during lunch, A bunch of kids stared fighting and then a black kid some how got dragged into it by one of the kids who were already fighting. Teachers were already breaking it up, until our school officer yelled at the teachers ( who almost had it broken up) to move. He then proceeded to try and break up one of the fighs by prying them apart, then he seen the other fight (with the black kid) and ran over and immediately pulled out his tazer and shot. Then he picked the kid up and slammed him back onto the ground. the black kid got charged with assault, none of the white kids did. The black kid was way smaller than any of the other people and yet he was the one who got tazed and charged??
