Hard Breakup

So today I tried breaking up with my boyfriend because I felt our relationship was really toxic and Im pretty tired of his bs. But when I tried to breakup with him he threatened to leak my nudes if I did (Im 16 and He is 18). So I told him to do it but made sure he realized that he will go to jail for child pornography, and will be charged as adult. Did I do the right thing here ???
